Michelle L. Anderson, MBA, GRI, REALTOR
I specialize in selling homes and condominiums as both a listing agent and buyer's agent in St. Petersburg, FL. I relocated to Florida 16 years ago from the Washington, D.C. area. I bought my first home in Northern Virginia at the age of 24 and feel strongly that home ownership promotes financial well-being. I purchased my 1947 St. Pete home a few years ago and remodeled it. I also have specialized knowledge of condominiums and have owned condos in the past. I am passionate about St. Pete and all of Tampa Bay. The area offers a high quality of life, an abundance of activities and culture and a sense of community. I am active with my Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association, am a member of the St. Pete Time Bank and I support Keep St. Pete Local. I earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Marymount University.
