Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Michelle began buying and selling real estate in 1994 with the purchase of her first home. Michelle relocated to Florida 14 years ago and fell in love with Tampa Bay and resides in central St. Pete.  “The plethora of things to do such as festivals, music, art, sports, restaurants and shopping combined with the weather and the beaches is idyllic. You can choose a downtown environment like St. Pete or Tampa or a beach scene.” Michelle views Tampa Bay as a special place and its unique neighborhoods and sense of community is a big reason why. She is active with her Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association, is a member of the St. Pete Preservation Society and supports Keep St. Pete Local. Michelle’s goal is to make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible and facilitate each step. “I feel strongly that home ownership promotes financial well-being,” says Michelle. In addition to single family homes, Michelle is a specialist in condominiums. She earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Marymount University.
